COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Fortress Interlocks LOK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hirschmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fortress-Interlocks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Heidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirschmann such as the G121300OR934233021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA2M6LL461L0HRWGNT03332D8D8 manufactured by Fortress-Interlocks and we are pleased to be able to service most Fortress-Interlocks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D83301 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Monitors Brand FL3001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gic-Thermodynamics such as M39906 equipment made by Gic-Thermodynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gic-Thermodynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gic-Thermodynamics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HISBH041125 made by Hardy as well as the popular 525408 original spares produced by Hengstler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3090A by Honeywell and M39906 spares by Gic-Thermodynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P200P11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gw-Dahl. |
